Deciduous Tree Seedlings

Nationwide Trees grow a broad range of deciduous seedlings for the nursery industry.  These seedlings are primarily used as understocks by nursery people who then graft selected cultivars onto the understocks.  These understocks include:  Acer ssp., Fraxinus ssp., Quercus ssp, Cercis., Cornus, Gingko, Gleditsia, etc.   Other species are used for "growing - on" by growers.  These include:  Betula ssp, Alnus, Aesculus, Castanea, Pistacia, Quercus, Ulmus ssp, and conifers such as Abies, Cedrus etc.   We also supply fruiting rootstocks, such as Pyrus calleryana , Malus Granny Smith for ornamental production and a range of dwarfing Malus and Prunus Mazzard F12/1 and Stallion for fruit tree production.  Please contact the nursery to see what is available, or if you are a Trade Customer, please log-in to get the full list.
